Providence
Nocturnal Scoliosis System
Studies have shown that the Providence brace, a
spinal orthosis worn only at night, is just as
effective in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis as full-time
braces. That’s important, because
compliance increases when braces don’t interfere with a child’s everyday
life. The Providence is also
effective for obese, juvenile and neuromuscular patients.
By completing the
Providence courses, practitioners will learn how to satisfactorily address
the needs of these patients through review of scoliosis principles and use
of innovative technology to improve fit and enhance comfort.
Thanks
to everyone who attended the 2011 Scoliosis Symposium; it was an
educational and enjoyable day and a half.
We hope to see the rest of you next year!
